Most places in the country are still cold. Ahh, but this is the Arizona desert. Can you see yourself luxuriating in the warm evening and listening to some relaxing music?
Enjoy a Friday night in the crisp Arizona weather and beautiful scenery at the Desert Botanical Garden’s Music in the Garden Phoenix series through June 24, 2011. Offering a variety of jazz, folk, soul, funk and blues, the Music in the Garden Phoenix series is a relaxing escape from city life. There will also be a ballroom-style dance floor where visitors may tap their toes to the music.
Concert goers can enjoy a gourmet meal complete with chef-attended grill stations for an additional $12-$15 per person. Also, Patio Café will be open during the concert, offering appetizer and a la carte items from the menu and a cash bar with wine flights and wine by the bottle available for purchase during concert events.
From March to May 2011, concerts run from 7 to 9 p.m. and then during June from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., so patrons may enjoy dinner and drinks prior to the concert.
