The Wigwam’s Great American Picnic will take place Sunday, July 3, from 6:00-10:00 p.m. at The Wigwam Golf Club in Litchfield Park.

The Wigwam’s Great American Picnic will feature American BBQ with favorites including Wigwam dogs, cheeseburgers, firecracker grilled chicken, a baked potato bar, apple pie and more. There will also be kids activities and live entertainment by the Dina Preston band starting at 6:30 p.m., the resort’s fireworks show will headline the event at 8:30 p.m. that night.

The July 3 fireworks show will be the largest Arizona resort fireworks display and is free and open to the public. Viewing areas and guest seating along the fairway of the Blue Course Tee #1 are available on a first-come basis. With last year’s show drawing over 2,000 people, The Wigwam expects larger crowds and is encouraging guests to arrive early. Spectators are asked to bring canned and non-perishable food, or a cash donation, to benefit St. Mary’s Food Bank.

Tickets to the Great American Picnic are $15 for adults, $7 for children ages 5-12, and free for ages five and under
